Orders & Delivery

Childrens Party Hire is based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. Subject to availability, we can deliver to homes and venues within a 20 mile radius covering Leeds, Harrogate,York and surrounding areas.


Delivery within 10 miles is £5.95  - This includes  delivery and collection.
Each subsequent mile is charged at 60p.

You are welcome to collect equipment from Children's Party Hire by appointment.

A returnable deposit is required for all collections, you will be advised of the amount on your Order Confirmation.

Orders and enquiries can be made via e-mail or telephone. During busy periods we may be unable to answer the phone immediately. Please leave a message, we will endeaver to contact you the same day.

An Order Confirmation will be e-mailed to you within 2 days of making a booking, together with a copy of our Terms & Conditions and Safety Guidelines.

No booking deposit is required for deliveries to venues or homes. Payment can be made by cash or cheque on delivery.

Deposits are required for equipment collected from us. Card / Paypal payments can be made by clicking the Paypal link below.
