Hirers must be aged 18 years and over.

Goods are hired to the customer on the understanding that they shall be returned in an undamaged condition.

Hirers will be invoiced for replacement items should any damage or loss occur.

All equipment remains the property of Children’s Party Hire and must not be sold or re-hired.

Please ensure that children are supervised at all times. It is the hirer’s responsibility for the safety of children using the equipment. Children’s Party Hire accepts no liability for any damage or injuries whilst the item/s are on loan.

A copy of the Safety Guidelines are provided with the hire equipment. It is assumed that the hirer has read and understood these. Please seek clarification if you are unsure in any way.

You will be advised of the collection / return date on your Order Confirmation. Equipment returned late will be charged at the daily rate.

Equipment is cleaned and checked on a regular basis. If you should notice any damage, please notify us so that we can remove and replace the item.
