Hirers must be aged 18 years and over.

Goods are hired to the customer on the understanding that they shall be returned in an undamaged condition.

Hirers will be invoiced for replacement items should any damage or loss occur.

All equipment remains the property of Children’s Party Hire and must not be sold or re-hired.

A refundable deposit is required for all hire equipment. This is refundable within 10 days of items being returned to Children’s Party Hire.

In the event of loss or damage, the cost of replacement item/s will be deducted from the deposit.

Please ensure that children are supervised at all times. It is the hirer’s responsibility for the safety of children using the equipment. Children’s Party Hire accepts no liability for any damage or injuries whilst the item/s are on loan.

A copy of the Safety Guidelines are provided with the hire equipment. It is assumed that the hirer has read and understood these. Please seek clarification if you are unsure in any way.

You will be advised of the collection / return date on your Order Confirmation. Equipment returned late will be charged at a fee of £10 per day.

Should late equipment result in the cancellation of other hire/s, the cost of these will be deducted from the deposit.
