Hirers must be aged 18 years or over

Goods are hired to the customer on the understanding that they will be returned in an undamaged condition.

Hirers will be invoiced for replacement items should any loss or damage occur.

All items remain the property of Childrens Party Hire and must not be sold or rehired.

Please ensure that children are supervised at all times. The hirer takes full responsibility for the children using the equipment Childrens Party Hire accepts no liability for damage or injuries whilst the equipment is on loan.

A copy of the safety guidelines is provided with the hire equipment. It is assumed that the hirer has read and understood these. Please seek clarification if you are unsure in any way.

A copy of terms and conditions must be signed by the hirer before the equipment is released to the hirer.

Equipment is cleaned and checked on a regular basis. If you notice any damage, please notify us so that we can replace the damaged item.
